Public bath bliss!

As a solo traveler, I was enchanted by the local culinary delights just steps away! Dessert Okoku and Pepper Lunch Aeon Mall are must-visits. The room was spotlessly clean and the public bath didn’t disappoint, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Jr Inn Asahikawa. The location was ideal, right above the Aeon Mall and near the JR station, making exploration easy. The complimentary pillow selection was a delightful touch, allowing me to find the perfect comfort while sleeping.

The breakfast options could be better.

I visited the area for a short trip with my family and appreciated the convenience of having the AEON mall right below for dining options. Our two nights in the economy twin room were comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the option to choose pillow softness. The public bath was a nice retreat after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the Zenko-ji Temple and the Asahikawa Museum of Art. The staff handled a minor laundry issue promptly, which I appreciated.

Room size quite small!!! The TQB service is a mess. COD bags and no prepaid options are puzzling!!! The lobby could have offered a better pillow selection rather than running out!!!

The location near the train station made our trip super easy with my kids in tow. We also loved the onsen, which was a perfect way to unwind after exploring nearby spots.
